Cecil John Commons and Charlotte Commons née Welch were my Grandparents. My Mother was Marie Patricia Adams née Commons and she married Albert Vincent Adams my dad. They had two offspring myself and my younger brother Christopher John who is now deceased. After the death of Charlotte Cecil remarried Mavis Ethel Bourke and they had three children Thomas, Ann and Peter (Thomas and Peter are deceased). Peter married Lynne Strike and had one daughter Janine. Ann married Leo Primmer and they had two boys Paul and Tony. History from Greg Adams

Bourke, well known residents of Mudgee, were married at the Church of England on Saturday afternoon, the ceremony being performed by Rev. L. C. S. Walker. Misses Marjorie and Anne Bourke, sisters of the bride, were the bridesmaids, and little Valma Bourke, niece of the bride, was flower girl. The best man was Mr. B. R. Pole, of Mudgee, and the groomsman Mr. C. Bourke, brother of the bride. The wedding breakfast, at which Mr. Walker presided, was held at the home of the bride's parents, Mr and Mrs. Thomas Bourke of Mudgee, Cecil was a widower with a daughter Marie
