Biography

Jane Compton was born about June 1801. She was the daughter of Samuel Compton. She died on 25 Feb 1884 in Oak Tree, Middlesex, New Jersey after five days of pneumonia.^[1] She was a widow, 82 years and 8 months old.^[1]

She was interred in Metuchen, NJ.^[1][2]
