Samuel was born in November 1714 at Pawtucket, Rhode Island, the son of John Comstock and Esther Jenckes.[1][2][3][4] He passed away on 16 January 1755 at Pawtucket, Rhode Island.[1][5] Inventory of his estate was presented by Jonathan Jencks and Samuel Bagley on 3 March 1755.[5] He is buried at the North Burial Ground in Providence.[6]
