David died intestate and on 2 March 1761, his widow Rhoda was granted the administration of his estate.[1]
His inventory was taken on 26 March 1761 in Bridgewater.[2]
In 1761, an account of his estate by his widow Rhoda was recorded which included wages received in the King's service, debts paid, cost of his last sickness of smallpox, coffin, doctor, and administration fees.[3]
