Biography

Emma was born 30 September 1909 in Belmont County, Ohio.^[1] She was the daughter of Lee Roy Conaway and Rachel Arabelle Shepherd.

She married James Herbert Howell circa 1928, probably in Ohio.^[2]

Emma died on 16 December 1998 in Barnesville, Belmont County,^[3] and she is buried in Somerton in the Somerton Southern Cemetery.^[4]
