Biography

Hannah Condit was born September 6, 1739, in Orange, Essex County, New Jersey. Hannah Condit is the wife of Captain Amos Dodd, a Captain in the Essex Militia during the American Revolutionary War. [1] Children of Hannah and Amos include:

  • Isaac Dodd, 1763-1846 [2]
  • Sarah Dodd, 1770-1832 [3]
  • Daniel Dodd, 1776-1854 [4]
  • Amos Dodd, Jr. 1781-1851 [5]

Hannah died June 23, 1826, in Bloomfield, Essex County, New Jersey and is buried in the Bloomfield Cemetery. [6]
