Biagio Coniglio is a Corleone native resident, the son of the late Francesco Coniglio and Antonina Liggio. He is confirmed in November 1829. His sponsor is Bernardo Guagliardo.
In 1834, Francesco Coniglio, 60 (b. 1774), his wife Antonina, 55 (b. 1779), and their children Paolino, 21 (b. 1813), Anna, 17 (b. 1817), Salvatore, 14 (b. 1821), and Biagio, 10 (b. 1825), live in a household on the vanella di Giuliano Majuri.
Biagio marries Lucia Lisotta on 26 September 1847. His parents have died by this time.
Biagio and Lucia have at least one child, Antonina (c. 1846).
I estimate Antonina is born around 1846, twenty years before she marries.
Biagio dies at the age of 30 in October 1855 in Corleone. His wife, Lucia Lisotta, survives him.
Lucia remarries, to Francesco Cinquemani, on 24 June 1856.
Antonina marries Girolamo Liggio on 7 January 1866. Lucia is still living.

It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Biaggio by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share DNA with Biaggio:
I'd like to join the Italian roots for my wife, Susan Herring Teeter who is half Italian (Sicilian on one side of the family).
