Is Albert William CONN the same person as William HAKEN? William HAKEN was born prior to his parents marriage in 1906 so his birth should have been registered as SKINNER not HAKEN. However he was baptised in 1904 with surname CONN and details match that of Albert Augustus HAKEN & Eliza Dorothy SKINNER.
