Biography

Gilbert was born in 1855. He was the son of Gilbert Conner and Elizabeth Griggs. [1][2]

He married her first cousin once removed Rachel Crawford. [3][4][5][2] Together they had the following children:

  2. Dora Conner [4][5]
  3. Alice Conner [4]
  4. Joseph Conner [4][5]

He passed away in 1929 and was buried in Rocky Branch Baptist Church Cemetery in Waynesville, North Carolina. [2]
