Biography

Cuthbert Powell Conrad was the ninth and last child of Robert Conrad and Elizabeth Powell. He was married to Sara Euginia Harris and had three children. The inscription on his grave marker says that he was a Master of Arts, University of Virginia Professor of Chemistry and Physics, University of Arkansas Professor of Chemistry and Metallurgy, Missouri School of Mines, and a Ruling Elder in the Presbyterian Church.
