Ethel (Constable) Neal was born in Cambridgeshire, England.

Ethel was born in the final quarter of 1898. She is the daughter of Henry Constable and Louisa Purell. ^[1]

In 1901, she was living in Long Lane, Stretham and she was 2 years old. ^[2]

By 1911, she was 12 years old and at School. ^[3]

she married Alfred Neal in the second quarter of 1917. ^[4]

In the 1939 register Ethel (age 39), Domestic Duties, was recorded as married at 19 Council Houses Cambridge Road, Stretham, Ely R.D., Cambridgeshire, England.^[5]

Ethel died on 18 March 1958 residing in Stretham, Cambridgeshire, England and her estate passed probate on 27 April 1959 in Peterborough.^[6]
