[2]
at St Michael le Belfry, York on 7 January 1585.
[3][4][5]
Henry died intestate 23 June 1586 and was buried in York Minster. Her 18 month marriage had produced no children.
[6]
Frances' second husband was Sir John Rodes of Barlborough in Derbyshire, as his third wife.
[7]
son of Francis Rodes and his wife, Elizabeth Sandford. They had several children but it seems that Lennox and Catherine their daughters and their son Francis were the only ones to marry.

Frances is said to have died on 2 September 1628.

Frances was alive in 1596,
[9]
but is likely to have died before 1613 when John remarried.

Constable-131 and Constable-130 appear to represent the same person because: These are the same person. Frances Constable, daughter of Marmaduke Constable, married Sir John Rodes. There was no daughter named Catherine. It appears to be a conflation with his wife: Katherine (Holme) More. If possible Constable-131 should be deleted as there is no information listed on this wikitree page that is not already on Constable-130 (Frances Constable)
Cheek-158 and Constable-130 appear to represent the same person because: Suggest Frances Cheek was intended to be Frances Constable who was married to Henry Cheke before she married John Rodes.
Constable-1449 and Constable-130 appear to represent the same person because: Source Visitation of Yorkshire makes these the same person. Baptismal date 12 September 1568. Please merge
