To my daughter Linda Harriett Brewerton absolutely should she survive me the large chest situate in my bedroom at the date of this my Will, the Silver open-faced watch and the gold watch chain owned by me at the date of this my Will together with one of the rocking chairs and two of the kitchen chairs owned by me at the date of this my Will

To my daughter Una Constance Constable absolutely should she survive me the duchesse chest, the wardrobe, one of the rocking chairs, one of the kitchen chairs, the leather trunk, the brief bag and silver closed-faced watch and the silver watch chain all of which are owned by me at the date of this my Will and all beds, bedclothes and bedding owned by me at the date of my death together with all myshirts, ties and handkerchiefs, all my suits of clothing, all my overcoats, all my umbrellas and all other articles of personal use wear or adornment not hereinbefore otherwise disposed of

I give devise and bequeath the whole of my estate both real and personal of whatever nature and wheresoever situate (not hereinbefore other disposed of) unto my trustee upon trust to pay there out my just debts funeral and testament expense an all estate and succession duty payable in respect of my estate and to stand possessed of the residue upon trust for such of them my two daughters Linda Harriet Brewerton and Una Constance Constable as survive me and if more then one in equal share.
