Biography
John Card Constable was born about 1840 in Tonbridge, Kent, England. He was the son of Peter Constable and Mercy (Johnson.) Johnson (abt.1804-).
In 1884, John was found drowned in the River Medway at Tonbridge. Coroners verdict Accidental Death[1]
