Constable-938 and Constable-663 appear to represent the same person because: Same date he died and similar birth dates. The place of birth and death are I would think based on ownership of these properties rather than any sources that specify that is where he was born or died. The History of Parliament source is clear that he owned both Halsham and Burton Constable. Same name for father, and although there are differences in dates, neither has appropriate sources.
