Rev. Harold Conway, went through his ordination in 1939. In 1947 through to 1963 he was a principal at St. Patrick`s Catholic High School, located in Ottawa, Ontario.
in 1963 he worked at the Catholic Central High School of London, Ontario.
In 1981 He was awarded the "Order of Canada" award
In 1982 He was appointed Pastor of Canadian Martyrs
For a while he was the priest at St. Joachim Church in Chute-a-Blondeau, Ontario.
Harold was also a member of the Ontario English Catholic Teacher's Association.
Harold was the family "Historian" before he passed away, he had taken the opportunity to travel to Ireland and try to get more information on the Conway family. He had published a record for the family, titled "The Conway's of Chute a Blondeau" (the record is attainable from direct members of the family). He had also recorded information about the Hoysted family (who we are also related to).
He is buried in Arnprior, Ontario at St. Theresa's Obilate+ Arnprior Cemetery.
