Edward Conway, 3rd Viscount Conway and 1st Earl of Conway, married 1st Elizabeth Finch, and 2ndly Elizabeth Booth. Lord Conway married 3rdly Ursula Stawel, daughter of Colonel Stawel.
Dying childless he left his fortune to the children of
Sir Edward Seymour of Bury Pomeroy by his wife, Lettice Popham provided the inheritor assumed the name Conway. His heir was Popham Seymour.
