John Henry Smith "Jack" Conway was born on 10 July 1910 at Watchem, Buloke Shire, Victoria, Australia.
In 1931 lived in Birchip, Victoria.
On 19 January 1942 John Henry Conway enlisted in the Australian Army, Service Number V230474 and also on 19 August 1942 Service Number VX86288. He served as a Sapper with the 14th WKS & PARKS and was discharged on 22 January 1947. [1] [2]
He passed away in April 1953 and was buried at the Bendigo Cemetery, Mon O2 - Grave Number: 36638 on 28 April 1953.
