Biography
William was born in Charles City, Charles City, Virginia (now West Virginia) 4 May 1779. He married Mary Thomas on 06 Feb 1803 at Berkley, West Virginia. He passed away at Cumberland, Guernsey County Ohio 21 June 1850. Burial was in Holmes Methodist Episcopal Cemetery, Goshen, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, United States.
