Frederick Cook was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)

Frederick William Cook was born on 21 October 1883, at Sydney, New South Wales. He was the son of Joseph Blain Cook (1851-1920) and Eliza Franklin White (1862-1919).

Frederick married Lily Regina Reith (1898-1973) in April 1920, at Hampstead, Middlesex, England.[1] They had four sons:

He passed away on 31 July 1973, at North Ryde, New South Wales.[2]

COOK Frederick William - July 31, 1973, at hospital, late of Neutral Bay. Beloved husband of the late Lily Cook, dearly loved father of Charles, Clive, Roy (deceased), and David, loved grandfather of their children. Aged 90 years.[3]

Frederick is buried at Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens and Crematorium, North Ryde, New South Wales.[4]
