Harold Roy Cook was born on 22 May 1892, at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. He was the son of Joseph Blain Cook (1851-1920) and Eliza Franklin White (1862-1919).
Harold married Alice Coutts (1901-1976) in 1921, at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.[1] They had one daughter:
He passed away on 22 May 1964, at Avalon, New South Wales, Australia.[2] Harold is buried at Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens and Crematorium, North Ryde, New South Wales.[3]
