Cook-27110 and Cook-20168 appear to represent the same person because: I think these are the same person: same name, same parents, same birthplace and date, both lived in South Carolina. Death dates and places are different, but the difference is not convincing: Cook-27110 is said to have died in South Carolina and Cook-20168 is said to have moved from South Carolina to Ohio, where she died.
These seem to be the same person, a woman who needs some research to nail down the details of her life.
