Norman was born on 18 May 1907 in Northam, Western Australia.[1] He is the son of Stephen Cook and Frances Cook.
He married Ada Webster in Fremantle in 1932.[2]
Norman served in the Australian Army during World War II.[3]
In 1973 when his brother Carlisle died he was living at 224 Wilding St Doubleview.
Norman passed away on 18 February 1993 in Western Australia.[4] His remains were cremated and the ashes interred in the Rose Gardens at the Karrakatta Cemetery, Garden 8, Position 43.
