Biography
In 1797 part of Washington District, North Carolina went into the formation of Washington County, Tennessee.
Thomas A. Cook was born on 15 Apr 1819 in Carter County, Tennessee and was the son of Elizabeth and Thomas A. Cook (b: 1784).
He married on 29 Sep 1844 in Johnson County, Tennessee to Diademia Aseadema South and they had about 9 children.
He died on 06 Oct 1914 in Saltville, Virginia. [1]
