Dorothy was born in 1788. She was the daughter of Ralph Cook and Margaretta Bladon. She was christened at St Mary's, Uttoxeter, on the 11 February 1788. [1]
The 1841 England and Wales Census shows Dorothy and her mother Margaret living in High Street, Uttoxeter. [2]
In 1851 Dorothy is living with her sister Margaret and brother-in-law Joseph in Carter Street, Uttoxeter. [3]
By 1861 Dorothy is boarding in Wellington Street, Bilston. She is with her sister Louisa and her family. [4]
