Biography

Michael Cook was born about 1809 in Ireland. By 1880, he had married Sarah Hasty and was living in Lewiston, Maine.^[1] Based on the ages of their children, they were likely married before 1860 -- possibly in Canada. According to the 1880 census, Michael was disabled in some way.^[1] Michael passed away in 1883.^[2][3]
