Alice Cook was born in Mawgan Cross, Cornwall during 1862 to parents Albert Harry Cooke & Elizabeth Williams.[1] She was christened there on 29 December 1864.[2]
In the 1871 England Census, Alice was 7 years old and living with her family at Mawgan-in-Meneage, Cornwall.[3]

Alice died in Currajong on 21 January 1883.[7]
