Elizabeth A. Cook was born in 1896 in Philadelphia. She was the daughter of John Cook and Elizabeth Abele.[1] In 1900 she was living with her parents in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.[2] By 1910 her parents had separated, and she was living with her mother and uncles in Philadelphia.[3]
