Henry was born in Sckuylkill County, most likely Minersville ( sister Mary's death cert.) and moved to Lackawanna County when he was very young. Based on his children's death records that show his place of birth as Sckuylkill. His marriage record proves his father is John Cook and mother is Bridget McAndrew. Both were in census records in 1850 in Schuylkill. Then they show up in Lackawanna county in 1860.
