Biography

James Washington Cook was born 25 May 1848 in Pulaski County, Virginia, to Noah Cook and Julia Ann Martin. He married Priscilla Jane Frasher 12 April 1867 in Giles County, Virginia.[1] After her death, he married Lula C. Dowdy 21 June 1911 in Montgomery County, Virginia.[2] He died 20 June 1928 in Montgomery County, Virginia.[3]
