James married Priscilla Darkins on 3 November 1819 in Suffolk, England. James is listed as a widower.[1]
Their children were:
Mary (~1820 - ), daughter of James & Priscilla, was baptised on 5 September 1820 in Tuddenham Saint Mary, Suffolk, England.[2]
Priscilla (1821 - ~1886), daughter of James Cook & Priscilla Darkings, was baptised on 23 September 1821 in Tuddenham St Mary, Suffolk, England.[3]
James (1822 - ), son of James Cook & Priscilla Darkins, was born on 26 December 1822 and baptised on 2 February 1823 in Tuddenham St Mary, Suffolk, England.[4]
Marianne (1824 - ), daughter of James Cook & Priscilla Darkins, was born on 21 January 1824 and baptised on 22 February 1824 in Tuddenham St Mary, Suffolk, England.[5]
Sarah (1825 - ), daughter of James Cook & Priscilla Darkins, was born on 19 April 1825 and baptised on 22 May 1825 in Tuddenham St Mary, Suffolk, England.[6]
Samuel (~1828 - ~1888), son of James Cook & Priscilla Dawkins, was born on 29 October 1828 and baptised on 30 November 1828 in Tuddenham, Suffolk, England.[7]
Susan Cook (~1830 - )[Unsure if this is a child of James Cook, see research notes.]
Robert Cook (~1832 - )[Unsure if this is a child of James Cook, see research notes.]
The one who married Mary Osborn was the James who died in 1877.
I removed the death date because it seems this James died before 1839. His wife remarried in 1839. Priscilla's marriage to John Darkins was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1839 in the Mildenhall district.[9]
Birth
I can't find proof that James is the son of Isaac and Elizabeth. He has a sister, Maria, that was born in 1801, at the time of his supposed birth. Unsure if he is a son of the attached parents.
Children
Attached dauther, Susan Cook, is missing records to prove relationship. All other children were baptized, so it would be odd that she isn't. She may not belong to this family.
Attached son, Robert Cook, may be Robert Darkins, born in 1832, son of John Darkins. He is listed as a son in the 1841 and 1851 census with John and Priscilla. But John and Priscilla married in 1839 after his birth. He is a Darkins not a Cook
