Mary Cook, the daughter of Ephraim Cook and Lydia Merriman, was born 7 April 1728, baptized 14 April 1728, and died 31 October 1812. On 26 October 1746 she married John Smith. He died in 1765 and on 23 February 1775 she married Moses Blakeslee.[1]
