Biography

Samuel was the son of Thaddeus Cook and Sarah Hall. He married Mary Kirtland.[1] Their children were:

1. John Cook
2. Harriet Cooke Yale (1785 - 1830
3. Thaddeus Cook 1791 - 1879

Samuel died in 1824[2] and is buried in Center Street Cemetery, Wallingford, New Haven County, Connecticut.[3]
