On 31 May 1687, the Probate Court created and agreement that Josiah Cook was to pay to his sister Bethiah, wife of Joseph Harding of Eastham, 50 shillings. Josiah Cook and Bethiah (Cook) Harding were to each have the choice of 50 shillings from their father and mother's estate, and then Meriam Deane to have the next choice of £5 of goods from the estate. Then Josiah and Bethiah each to have the next choice of 50 shillings more of the estate, and Meiram the next £4 3s. Then the rest to be equally divided between Josiah and Bethia. The parties acknowledged their agreement on 01 June 1687.[3]
Josiah died on January 31, 1731/2, in Eastham, Massachusetts,[4] having lived a long life of 87 years.

Howdy do :) , We have a pending merger of Cook-9201 & Cooke-25 However if I merge them at this time Cook-9201 has some duplicate family members & also more Cook duplication down the lineage, It will make a terrible mess of Cooke-25 !
I do not want to make any messes :) Please advise me what to do or try to get us some help please.
Thank You Kindly, John Vickery , Vickery-352
Cook-9570 and Cook-9201 appear to represent the same person because: Birth place and date match, some children match, death date and place match (date off by one year).
