Biography

Henry Cooke was born about 1690 at Surry, Virginia. [1]

Birth date can be estimated reliably only as before 1715 based on daughter Sarah's estimated birth date of before 1732. Henry may have been from the Cook family of Surry County. Best guess is he was born 1698 in Isle of Wight County, son of Henry who died that year (and thus Reuben was his uncle). [2]

Henry is the father of Mary Cooke.[3]

He died after 13 November 1772 at Brunswick County, Virginia.[4]
