Robert Steel, M.A., Ph. D., DAVID, eighth son of Mr. WILLIAM ELPHINSTON, senior, builder, of the Glebe, to SARAH LOGAN, eldest daughter of the late Mr. JAMES BROWN COOKE, late of Londonderry, Ireland.
