George was technically illigitimate since his parents did not marry until 21/10/1746

Executors of George's Will were George Milner Crookall of Lytham, schoolmaster and William Cartmell of Marton Fold, farmer (brother). Estate divided between his 4 grandsons:

George, son of Richard of Lytham. George, son of Josias of Lytham. George, son of James [deceased] - now living in Warrington George Billington son of Ellen of Woodplumpton. Value under £50.
