Biography
Matthew was born about 1750. In 1771, when he was at least 21 years old, he married Elisabeth Drury in Baltimore, Maryland.[1] She passed away about 1775, and in 1776 he married his second wife, Margaret Seirs.[2] His son, Charles (from his first marriage) was named as an heir in his mother's stead in his maternal grandmother's 1784 will.[3]
Matthew passed away after 1776.
