Biography

Esther Cooley Higgins was the daughter of Benjamin Cooley and Margaret Bliss of Brimfield, Massachusetts. She married Uriah Higgins.[1] Intention of marriage was published April 7, 1763. They had 9 children. They lived at Palmer, Mass., in 1764, and by 1790 the family was residing at Dummerston, Vermont.[2]
