So 20 perches would be 1/8th of an acre and 80 perches would be ½ acre.

(Susanna), three females between the ages of 20 and 30 yrs. (probably Sally, Pamelia, and Betsey), as well as a male between the ages of 40 and 50 and a boy between the ages of 10 and 15.[12] Daniel had died by 1850 and Susanna, age 87, was living in Kennebunkport with her three daughters Sally, Pamelia and Betsy.[13]
On Susan's headstone in Hope Cemetery is the following inscription: "Susan Parsons, widow of the late Daniel Cooper of South Berwick, died Sept. 1st, 1853, age 89 years". Buried next to her is her daughter Sally C. Perkins, widow of the late Capt. Benjamin Perkins, born 8 Jan. 1794 and died 14 Aug. 1875. Her daughter Mary Andrews is also buried next to Susan. George Cooper and his family are also buried nearby in Hope Cemetery.
After Susan’s death, the maiden daughters sold their property to their brother John of New Castle and then he transferred it back to the three of them. Sally then married Capt. Perkins and Betsey and Pamelia moved in with their brother:

By the 1870 census Betsey and “Permelia” were living with their brother John and his wife Ann Cooper in New Castle, NH. Also living in the house was Frances Bowles, age 40, who I suspect is John and Ann’s daughter. John was a clerk in the pension office at the time. Prior to this John was in the shipping and fish business with Thomas Oliver and then with William Marvin. Papers from this business are now in the Portsmouth Athenaeum.[15]
First three with Mary, last seven with Susan.
