Biography

James was born in 1905. He was the son of Will Cooper and Elizabeth Elliott. Their family migrated to Canada and lived in Red Deer, Alberta.[1][2]

At the time of the 1921 Canada Census, William, Lillian Grace, George Robert, James Edward (enumerated as "Edwin"), Albert Arthur, Charles William, Leonard Walter, Royland Leslie, Raymond Percy, and Elizabeth Anne Cooper were listed as living in Vanderhood, British Columbia[3].

He passed away in 1990.[4]
