Israel Cooper was born on August 28, 1852 in Grates Cove, Newfoundland. His parents were George Cooper and Isabella Hopkins.[1]

He married Henrietta Stoyles on Sep 22, 1850 at Grates Cove, Newfoundland
Together they had 6 children:

  4. George Cooper
  5. John Cooper
  6. Lily Cooper

He passed away in 1892 at Northern Bight, Newfoundland.[2]
