Biography

Charles Cooper was born on July 25, 1869 at Ft. Scott, Kansas.[1]

He married Anna M. D. Unknown circa 1893.[2]

Together they became the parents of Elaine Cooper, their only child.

Charles Supported his family as a stationary engineer with the City street railroad.

He died in 1934 and was buried at Rose City Cemetery in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.
