Elizabeth Cooper and her Twin Brother Eli were born on 5 Apr 1850 in Campbell County, TN. Their parents were Alvis Cooper & Mary Lowe . She married Rev. Amon Gross on the 3rd of Oct. 1864. They had at least 13 Children together.

Elizabeth (Cooper) Gross passed away on the 17th of December 1913 and is buried at Indian Creek Memorial Cemetery (Cumberland View Cemetery) in Campbell County, TN. Her body was removed from it's original grave in the year 1934, because for the Tennessee Dam project and the TVA grave removal project that moved many graves out of the way of the Dam Project that would flood many of these Cemeteries in the area.
