DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Isaac by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Isaac:

Cooper-26940 and Cooper-11897 appear to represent the same person because: Although life dates differ, they are all unsourced and likely "guesstimates." That this is the same person is indicated by children and spouse. (Note that there was likely another spouse after the death of Tabitha, and possibly additional children, but no documentation has yet been found for that.)
