Isaac was born about 1708.[1] In 1731, when he was about 23 years old, he married Tabitha Millay. Their marriage, as well as the births of three children and Tabitha's death, are recorded in the records of Stepney Parish, Somerset, Maryland.[2]

That this is the same person is indicated by children and spouse.
