Calvin Cooper
Calvin Cooper, 59, of 3159 Walnut St., died at 1:30 a.m. today in Athens state Hospital.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Leona Shonkwiler Cooper; three sons Wyatt, at home, Calvin, with Air Force in Nebraska, and Henry of Worcester, Mass.; three daughters, Mrs. Janet Twinam of Sciotoville Rt. 2, Mrs. Kathleen Maynard of Columbus, and Mrs. Irma Colley of Belleview, Mich.; a brother, Ellsworth Cooper of Portsmouth; two sisters, Mrs. Olive Potts of Fremont, and Mrs. Hazel Jarrels of Glen Burnie, Md., and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services are to be at 3 p.m. Friday at Brock Funeral Home, with Rev. Roy L. Heimbach officiating. Burial is to be in Bennett Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Thursday.
