Cynthia Cooper was the daughter of William Cooper and Amy (Wing) Cooper. A family genealogy written about 1902 by a nephew says that the wife of William Wing was a cousin, Cynthia Cooper, who "came from the Cape," and had a half-brother, Allen Rogers. Allen Rogers was a son of Amy (Wing) Cooper from her second marriage, to Samuel Rogers.
Given the date of Cynthia Cooper's marriage and the birth date of her last child in 1821, 1776 is a reasonable estimate for her birth date.
No record has been found of the death of Cynthia (Cooper) Wing.
