Biography
Mittie A. Cooper was born in 1884 in Arkansas. [1]
Mittie married Rufus Monroe Dowdle on 7 February 1904 in Izard County, Arkansas. The couple had 5 children: Rufus Eschol Dowdle, William E. Dowdle and Jackson Mose Dowdle.
She died in 1916. She is buried at Page Cemetery in Izard County, Arkansas.[2]
