The marriage was reported in the Freeman's Journal as follows; August 28, 1855, at Lea Church, George son of Eyre EVANS Esq to Harriet Mary, youngest daughter of Chidley COOTE Esq of Huntington, in the Queen's County.[1]
She married, secondly, John Gordon, of Milrig, County Ayr. on 1 June 1875.
Harriet died on 3 October 1927 in Devon in England; her Estate was registered on 26 January 1928.[2][3][4][5]
