Born in Cassie, WV. She married the love of her life, Lucian Fluty, on June 27, 1947, and to this union two sons were born. Lucille had several hobbies which included hunting, fishing, golfing, gardening, cooking for her family, talking politics, and supporting her favorite team the Detroit Tigers. Her family describes her as a generous, kind, loving, and intelligent woman who was always enthusiastic about life. She was very supportive of her children and grandchildren, and undoubtedly the center of her family.
